My TRD Off road has less than 2000 miles on it and the front end squeaks. Sounds like suspension. I took it to the dealer they refused to fix it. They told me that Toyota corp
told them to wait and not do anything. Anyone having this issue?

Did you ever figure it out? I just bought the identical truck and mine started squeaky last week. It sounds like it is on the passenger front end.

I bet it's a cab mount bushing or front suspension bushing. Several people on here have had this issue. I have this squeak developing in the same place, but it's intermittent right now so I'm just waiting until it becomes regular before I take it in.

Had that same issue. Took to dealership and they did get it resolved after taking it twice and leaving it there. All they would say was something was not torqued properly. Mine only did it after long trips. It would squeak bad in the right front over bumps.

Mine does it just whenever it feels like it, bumps, hot or cold, driving the same paths , etc. sometimes it will, sometimes not, that's why I'm just waiting for now. Odd for sure.

Had a '15 that did it and the dealer ended up replacing the front driver's side upper components after way too many trips to get it fixed. They told me the bushing that the shock absorber goes through at the top was rolled and that there was metal to metal contact causing the squeaking. They blamed it on manufacturing/installation but who knows. At least now if my '17 starts it I know where I'll look first. If that makes any sense at all.

Bill657 No I have not figured it out. Like others my Toyota dealer refuses to dive in and fix it.
It is definitely the passenger front. Mine squeak comes and goes. Half the time I can push down on the bumper on that side and make the noise.

In Tennessee, Wolfchase Toyota-Memphis. They wouldn't tell me what part exactly, just something in the front end. Had it fixed in a day once they understood I was not taking the vehicle back until fixed. I had to tell them to drive it for some time and then check before they found it.

Who refused? The service advisor or top of the chain at the dealership? If lower personnel refused, I would go directly to the director of operations of that dealership, with all paperwork and records of conversations. They have the power to get things done.

New upper control arms coming. But the best is dealer claims I need a front end alignment afterwords, that will be $60.00 not part of warranty. New claim # at TOYOTA.

My truck squeaks only after I got my lift put on. Supposedly it's the total chaos upper control arm. wonder if it's the bushings or the ball mount (whatever it's called)

Service ticket on noise for mine said a "frame bolt was over tightened causing frame and front bumper to rub". Bolt was loosened and noise has been gone every since. Found the service information.

My squeaking was finally fixed by the dealer. It was a bushing on the front passenger side.
