Well, I guess I won't surprise anyone here talking about aches and pains. It doesn't take much for me to knock by back and neck out of alignment. But I did just an inversion table to try out and, just in a couple days, it seems to feel a lot better. I'm sure some folks have limitations that keep them from using it to it's potential, but you don't have to fully invert to use it. My knees are also about shot and I really don't know what will happen if I did get it all the way over, but about 85% over has done alot so for.

just what I need to do what I want
Andy- My dad and I used to go out to El Mirage starting in about 1971 when I got a Yamaha 60cc dirt bike. I was in the Rocketry club in junior high, so we would also take all my rockets out there and fire them off. Sometimes the wind would catch them and we had to ride a long ways to get them back. Great memories-thanks. He and I also built a big HO guage train layout on a 4x8 sheet of plywood in the garage. We had it mounted on pullies so we could pull it up to the rafters and he could park the 65 impala and the 62 VW bug in the garage each night. Remember when that was done? Why can't I do that now, even one car?
