My first guess would be a clogged cat. But not sure about the others. Doubt it tho. I would start with a back pressure test.. Have you been experiencing sluggishness?

A MAF could potentially cause this. If it were to tell the ecu theres alot less air than there actually is entering the engine causing a lean condition. the o2 should pick this up however and throw a code. noticed in your other thread you replaced fuel pump but did you change the filter?

Interesting the MIL must be on all the time .

i am guessing your only running the up stream O2 sensor

If for some strange reason the Mass Air Flow Sensor is sending a false signal or the ECM is seeing one that tells it the Air Flow volume is the same it sees at 6000 rpm at idle your sill physically limited by the size of the injectors

The engine would be running rather poor no doubt lots of black smoke

There both on and plugged in I'm completely stumped going to pull the cover off and check the timing also but no smoke just runs shity when you can get it to fire up and when you put it to the floor it Boggs out and won't do anything and if you very slowly give it has it will rev to about 3.5k Rpms and cuts out and the exhaust pipe got red hot
