When I bought my truck it had 275/65 KO2's on it. I love the way they look but I honestly don't need them as the most off-road this truck will ever see is driving on the beach.

Thinking about selling them and getting a less aggressive more quieter tire.

    Suggestions?

97% of the people on this site want those tires and you're the one person that doesn't.

The Goodyear Wrangler A/T's that came on my Pro where good road tires that did well off-road also. They were very quiet and handled water excellent.

You could probably sell them easily on here if you can find someone with 18" wheels.

Do you mean less aggressive ATs. I have Bridgestone Duelers at revos and I like them. They are pretty
Quite. I do not like noisey tires either. The limited comes with Michellins in my area and they are
Great tires but they are street tires.

The Michelins that come on the limited are great street tires. I think that's what he's going for.

I guess what I want is a tire that looks good, could be used for light terrain, and rides great on the highway. I have always been a fan of Michelin as I used to have them on a 4Runner.

What do you dislike about the KO2's? They should fit what you're looking for.

Alan, I'm the exact same way. I like a quiet ride but want a tire that looks good to.
I like the Michelin tires to "big fan." I haven't seen 1 that looks real good but for the ride it's hard
    To beat a Michelin.

Don't get me wrong I like the tires but I feel like I get a lot of road noise but then again I can't tell if that's just the vehicle it's self and how it is. Also these are a size up from stock and I wonder how going back to a stock size would effect my gas mileage? I average like 16.5 mpg right now with mostly city driving.

That's pretty much what I was getting on my limited. Once it's broke in and your tranny adjust you may get a bit better than that. It's 4x4 so the mpg is not going to be as good as a 2wd.

Every Toyota I've ever had (probably around 15-20 of them) have been loud. Just turn your radio up a bit or add some sound deadening material and roll with it. If I'm not mistaken there's 2 vents on the back of the cab where you get most of your road noise from.

IMG_2135.jpg Can't go wrong with Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Great overall tire haven't had a single issue with them on or offroad. Getting ready to test them in snow whenever winter decides to hit Colorado

Alan, did you happen to drive a trd off road before you bought your Limited. I've driven both and
Seem to think the trd was a little smoother. Maybe the shocks or the street tires with the low
Profiles. The limiteds interior in my opinion is way nicer than the off road. I'm older and like the
    Upgrades of the limited.

Thanks for the input, appreciate it.

I think I am going to work on "fixing" the noise issued before changing any tired. I think I might have a deal issue with one of the doors as on the highway it sounds like I have a window open when I don't. Also I read about those vents, the guy who installed my remote start had some sound deadening product that I asked about which he said could help trap some of that noise. We shall see.

I haven't driven any of the other models. I wanted the upgraded interior so Limited was what I had my eyes on.
