My 2009 TRD Sport long bed 4x4 came w said Dunlops. Live in Florida. Car barley controllable in the light rain, tires spun at every green light. Paid 29,998 dollars for vehicle w the cheapest unsafe tires ever. At 60k miles went to Discount Tire and asked for best tires for wet conditions. Drove away w Michelin LTX M/S. Best tire ever. Could actually drive in the rain. And does it rain in Florida! Note: got 89k out of first set of Michelins and have 50k on second set. Excellent tires. If u have the Dunlops replace them immediately and live a long life!

Dump the Dunflops and put real quality tires on. Problems gone.

Thankfully I ditched the Dunflop AT20's and put Michelin's on my truck not too long after I bought it. Instant difference in road feel, handling, traction on snow/ice, etc.

Yup! I've made an appointment to get them replaced next week. Cant imagine trying to go through this winter on the Dunlops the way they're performing now. Found a good deal on these Coopers at Merchant's Tire:

The tires on my off road lasted about 21k. Could have gone a little longer, but it was winter and they would have been useless. Going on about 22k with my michelin's, look almost new still.

Getting 60K miles out of Dunflops was quite good.

Based on what I heard, I sold mine within the first 500 miles and put on Michelin LTX.

I got right about 40K out of a set when I replaced them due to hydroplaning. Tread still had good depth. I changed them out to Cooper ST's. O got another 60K out of them in conditions that I wouldn't have even considered running the factory tires on. Still a fair bit of tread left, but getting a lot of noise and vibration out of them now. To be fair I only rotated them once and that was at 40K. I have a new set of Cooper AT3's going on it this next week as I don't need as aggressive of a tire now.

Consensus is if you want to live, replace the oem tires. If not, then please prepare your will with that money

On my '12 Sport, the Dunlop's only lasted 2,500 miles. All I could stand. They sucked on road, off road, rain, don't even think about it. Rains hard down here in Florida, those were the worst tire I have ever driven in the rain.

Ya they suck dude. After 6k I had just about enough... and when one blew out and left me stranded up in the mountains.. well that was the final straw.

I have 24k on mine and I'm getting new Duratracs on Monday. The Dunlops (I have never been even slightly impressed by any dunlops...car, truck or motorcycle. All of them have worn fast and traction sucked) blow....I bought the truck this summer and with how terrible these things are in the rain and easily breaks traction in the dry, I didn't want to risk them this coming winter. I was between the General AT2, BFG K02, hankook, and the duratracs. I ended up with the duratracs from many good reviews online and a couple people in town that have loved them.

Toytec coilovers Fabtech uca's Dakars and 5100's in the back.
I only got 10,000 out of my rugged fails. Almost to the wear bars, and all highway use. Went to Nitto trail graps.
