    Some stuff...
Negative, was a little time consuming but took the flash no problem. I'm running the aFe without the lid and it's pretty loud - I like it! :bananadance:

Looks to be same color than TRD's 455 cm3/min.

Getting mine installed Tuesday... any updates on the magnuson taking the Trd reflash?
Also, from what I have read the Trd flash is rich enough to run the 2.85 pulley without any additional tuning correct?

No reason why it shouldn't. Although the BD flash is removable and can tune to 2.85, something to think about.

Yup, I have the BD in the box, I'm just not 100% sold on it after reading everyone's experiences with it.

    Who's experience?
I've really haven't had any issues and have been running it for about 4 weeks, on and off road.

Good to hear. Do you have an AFR gauge?
What's you overall impression of the truck supercharged?
Cold air & 2.85 sound like best money spent

No gauges yet. I did a lift at the same time and out of mod $$ for a while, plus I missed out on the GB and paid an extra $1k.

Overall impression: I'm pissed I didn't do it earlier.

The trd reflash is anything but consistant....most are pig rich, but ive heard about some running lean on the stock pulley.
Go off of the wideband, and common sense.

Even then, will a wideband tell you if your injectors are being raped to keep up?

Got mine ordered and is currently on its way.

Any thoughts on when are appropriate times to retune the ecu with the bullydog? For example: I live in San Francisco I'll be installing it here. But in several months I'll be moving to Denver. Should I retune again once I get to the higher elevation? To accomodate for the less amount of air.

Boost, armor, lights, big tires, no savings.
From my understanding, you would just be giving it the same tune. I don't think they created a map for different elevation ranges. If anything disconnect the battery so that the factory ecu can adjust the VVTI and such. Or if you can find someone to actually tune with the Bully dog then that may be another option.

It will self adjust. It isn't carbureted. MAF flow + WRAF signals equals AFR's, by maintaining short and long term fuel trims.

    Some stuff...
So I was merging onto the interstate yesterday and had to get on it to get up to speed. Wasn't looking to race but noticed a little Kia behind me merging also keeping with me pretty well (actually I think they were trying to pass me but couldn't when I started getting on it). When I went WOT in third and really kicked into the boost power-band I started to pull but that little car surprisingly kept up fairly well!

On down the road I fell back and let it pass to notice it was a Kia Optima SXL Turbo! Who would have thought, I'm betting that little Kia is a total sleeper.
