From 1 to 4 piston calipers?
Man, stopping that thing from its top speed of 70 is going to be a breeze.

Hahahaha. Thankfully Toyota decided to put a caliper on each wheel...hopefully these new rotors help too.

Phil, forgot to ask you, what lower control arms did you get?
The new rotors should help. As I'm sure you know the pads you use will make the most noticeable difference, but 80s have a tendency to warp the front rotors with lots of hard braking. Kinda what happens with a fat heavy truck. The drilled/slotted rotors do a good job at cooling the rotors better so they should resist any warping. That's a big plus on it's own if actual brake performace doesn't change dramatically.

rears are single piston. Any effort to improve braking on these trucks is a good thing. They're not awful but definitely nowhere near as good as most people want.

So this just got a bit gamey... got the short side rear shaft in and was walking around with a raging boner... until I went to go put in the long side and realized it's too long. A quick call to ECGS and now I know that you have to cut these to length...nothing scary like cutting down a brand new chromo shaft 2 inches...wish me luck.
