Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
If it stands to actually be asked I imagine I won't be at Miller Jeep this weekend. Lol unless I get the insurance on whatever commuter style car rental I end up in.

Then we'll just "bounce it up!"

I was actually going to ask right after I responded earlier but thought better of it, lol :anonymous:

Sucks man, hope the insurance process is relatively painless. Did it clip your front bumper at all?

Bumper got out unscathed. But I see damage from the tip of the passenger headlight and on every single surface to the tail light. Body, door, fenders front and rear, mirror is completely lost.

    Ugh

To ALL that went on that night run at approx 9pm and we all lined up for a photo op, here is my pic of that line-up. That was a very FUN run, but yeah, just like in Big Bear, for NOW ON, I am going to be the "caboose". Those whoops were just FUGLY!!! I guess I didn't learn THAT lesson the last time I was driving that fast back around Feb of this year when we did something similar on our way to the Pumpkin Patch!!! :frusty::facepalm::D:rolleyes: This particular trip, I learned quite a few valuable lessons for sure... yes, I most defnitely learned this time!!!

Btw, to whoever was in back of me, I whipped my trucks back-end a bit TOO HARD and was fish tailing ALL OVER the place, LMAO!!! I most definitely apologize for that!!!

EDIT: btw, for the record, I do remember that I aired down back in Feb or thereabouts during that particular trip we did for the Pumpkin Patch and my truck hit just as HARD and just as VIOLENT as this run did. So, with that said, airing down would NOT have made any difference!!! My suspension is SIMPLY NOT good enough for that type of trail riding!!!

:( On the bright side, sounds like it's mostly cosmetic...thankfully nothing happened to the frame.

sucks to think how much care we put into our trucks can be compromised in a second by some careless idiot on the road. A guy I worked for had a semi clip his front end and pull his bumper clean off once, driver of the semi didn't even realize it had happened and just kept going with his bumper dragging behind it.

@digitaLbraVo , as I mentioned on the Instagram, I'm sorry about your black beauty "Charlotte." You're home safe at home with your lady tonight. Thank goodness for that. Let insurance do the thang and maybe glass up as others mentioned. We Tacoma Fam bend, but we do not break. You'll be back in action lickity split.

Limits of your suspension? Sounds like a good story.

That night run was so fun. I need to get an overhead light bar cause I was goin 65 and just couldn't see far enough to feel safe. Liquid courage prevented me from slowing down though so i plowed thru all of it:rofl:

It was great to finally meet you Randy. Really appreciate all the trail advice! Looking forward to us going back down there to check out the Anza Borrego side. For sure going to bring the telescope next time. It was perfect for it this weekend.

Best part about that cruise was dodging large incoming rocks that appear through the dust while doing 65mph haha!

Anza and Pismo are the only places I can really enjoy the bypasses I have. My style is generally slower but holy hell is that fun.

It was great meeting everyone. I talked to a few people but everyone is invited. We do Surf N turf the weekend of November 11th. If anyone wants to go, let me know. We have a pretty decent sized turn out for our camp but you are welcome to camp where ever you want. We love Pismo because it's a nice cool beach weekend after a summer of heat!

Drove thru Julian for some lunch and apple pie and back down thru Anza on the way home.

edit: Went from superstition to OW on Saturday morning, also stopped at Glamis on the way home
