    Ordered my food scale last night from Amazon. Now I've just got to eat through the junk in my pantry and then replace it with what I'm going to be meal prepping with and I'll be good to go. Should be ready for the change in about 2 weeks...

    Was feeling good on bench. Haven't pushed myself on weight in a while. Was doing sets x2 at 250 so I threw 275 on to see if I could get it. Couldn't lock my elbows out



    I maxed at 290 last Christmas and haven't attempted it or anything close since. I was also 8 sets in when I threw it on. I'm confident I could get it fresh and will hit 300 very soon :muscleflexing:
