You drive on the wrong side of the truck, use the metric system, have a pet kangaroo and have Aussie in your screen name.

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, sounds like a duck.....

Anybody who knocks preunners have never heard of Ivan Stewart.
All vehicles have their place off road. I have driven 2wd drives most of my off road trips.

    Anybody would agree.

I think the difference lies in saying Prerunner's are capable, and in saying that Prerunner's are better than overpriced, overweight 4x4 pieces of crap because they didn't want to pay for 4x4.

    Would you agree?

Look man, I'm not sure why you need to justify your reasons for getting the truck you got. If it's really what you wanted, why do you care if others made arguments against it? They are arguing why they wouldn't have got it...which shouldn't be applicable unless deep down you're questioning your decision.

A kid we were wheeling with a few months back inadvertently turned his 4x4 98' 4runner into a 2wd by never servicing his front diff and didn't notice the slow leak it had until it ran dry and blew up on the trail. I guess that's one way to do it.

Wow, I walk away for a few hours to get some work done and this place turns into a sh*t show. Look, my bad for letting this "Aussie" guy piss me off, but it happens. Sure. I could post up a bunch of photos of my prerunner running through deep sand and baja - but that takes time and disproves exactly what everyone here is saying I shouldn't do... care about what those here think.

Again, sorry about my post to Aussie - it seemed to open pandora's box and allow everyone else to get sh*tty.

    Don't follow my example.

    Do what you want.

I'm not going to post any photos (the one I posted of my truck was already loaded from previous thread), because f*ck you guys lol.

Like I said, and I've said all along. I'm psyched. Was just trying to share it in a negative place. And Aussie can drive through as much mud as he wants in "off road parks" or whatever the hell that is - I'm too busy doing things that I create... not driving trucks others have engineered and claiming it to a bunch of emoji tools. I'll take surfing, I'll take climbing, I'll take making movies. You can have the mud puddles and false identities.

Off to the dog park with the kids. You guys have fun.
