I think that top is the old silver streak mica. The new silver is a bit darker and doesn't appear as white in direct light. Explains why it looks lighter than the truck.

 

What year did the tailgate handle with camera come off of? Any idea if it will work on an '07?

 

lol, thanks! I actually saw it yesterday and emailed him asking that same question if it was white. My hopes were up so much until he replied that it's silver. UGH! The search continues!

 

How much is it to get it painted white? I think it's one of the easier colors to paint since it's a single stage

 

I don't know, I kept searching on here to see what other people were quoted and it seems $200-$300 seems to be the norm. I offered him $400 (since I would have to color match it).
