Front too high after 885s. Swap coils to lower front or lift rear higher?

I'd just like to ask you guys for input. I have a double cab long bed prerunner. Installed the OME 885 w/ a 1.5" Deaver AAL in the rear. I knew the front would get me 3" but didn't realize how high that really is and that it wouldn't settle much. It's been about 4k miles and not settled. Out back I have the new recall leafs with AAL. It settled a bit, and by measurements hub to fender the rear is a 1/2 inch taller, but it really doesn't look like that. With hardly any weight it looks like the rear is slightly sagging. My friends and family say i'm crazy. But I know what I see and it's bothering me LOL. I really want the rear to have factory 1-2" rake since I go camping a lot. Also, I'm running 265/70/17 and i'm really happy with that size tire. Don't want to go up to 285s just so it looks better. Right now the 265s look a bit small in the wheel well with 3" lift.

    My question:

Do I swap out the front coils with another setup, maybe the 884s? Or leave the front as is and raise the rear with maybe a 2" AAL instead or a 1/2" block (not ideal). My gut is telling me to drop the front to 2-2.5" lift and leave the rear alone. This would probably save my CV joints too. I know Dakars are an options but I don't want to deal with new extended shocks and brake lines. I'd like to go no higher than 2.25" rear lift. Surprisingly I have no vibrations right now and no issues with the suspension. LR UCAs are doing good too. Also I installed the lift for more clearance on the trails when I go camping here in Southern California. Not so much for looks, but it does look awesome :)

    Thanks guys!

Do you have your overload leaf in the rear? If not slip it back in and get that 1/2" back.

yep I do have the overload in. it's measuring at 23.5 in the rear and about 23 in the front. I thought the 885s would settle 1/2 but nope. Maybe they need more time?

    Dakars are nice.

    So are 884s.

Do you want to be taller in the rear or shorter up front?

Could be. I have 885s but on a 4x4 dclb and I'm at like 2.5, I did buy mine used though. Maybe just throw some extra steel on the front

884 is identical, just shorter. So if you love everything but the height the 884 is the obvious choice.

That said.. I love my Dakars.

Dakar route would equal extended billys and brake lines, correct? I may just bite the bullet. But still have that 265s look too small problem haha. DAMN! solve that by going 285s I guess next time around. Or just drop the front. Decisions...

    Just longer shocks.

I'm on stock brake lines with plenty of slack.

I'm in the same boat as you, just access cab: 885's, Bilstein 5100's all around, stock leafs w/Icon AAL. I was sitting nice the first year, but now my rear leafs are sagging pretty bad and every day is more bro-lean. I say get new leafs to raise the rear since your stockers will be worn out within a year or 2 anyway.
