Ah shit you're right. Well I recently got 265/75/16 KO2s so hopefully those will look good!

Pardon my ignorance, what's an ECGS bushing? Haven't heard much about that... The biggest reason I feel like going with OME is that it seems like it will end up with a smoother ride. Otherwise I'd definitely go with 5100s.

I'm wasn't quite as high as the OME setup up front, but definitely was as tall outback and had 265/75 so check my MR to see how it sits.

It's a bushing that replaces the needle bearing in your front differential. Some trucks (mine included) had bearings with a lot of play in them which results in the truck feeling like it's running over a rumble strip at 30-35 MPH, really annoying.

I had no issues with the Eibach 620 / 5100 combo, but I always wished I saved up and went 885 / Dakar.

Dalton happens to be 2.5 hours west from my place and 2.5 hours west from my work... which is an hour west of my place. ...What?

Got 'em yesterday. I'm planning to take the truck apart after work tonight and get them installed. Glad I've got a garage with power to do it in, though. It's supposed to be cold and windy (and dark, obviously) tonight, so doing it in the driveway would suck.

Did you get yours installed yet? Any pics?

I broke my left thumb from an accidental wheelie at the dragstrip. Coming back down HARD on a front wheel that is strapped (= no front suspension). Snap. But I've also done countless intentional wheelies. And unintentional.

I got them installed last night. They are bright! I'm going to do a test with a coworker this evening to make sure they're not messing with oncoming traffic. They look pretty much like the picture I posted earlier. Obviously, with any reflector housing, there is some scatter even with the bulbs they are supposed to use. The LEDs, because they're whiter, reflect better off road markers and such so it's a little different driving. I really want to see what they look like in the snow.

That's my concern. I absolutely do not want that. I don't think they'll do it, they seem to have a similar 'cutoff' as the halogens, they're just brighter below the cutoff (i hope). I'll let you know how the experiment goes tonight.

Meh. I'm keeping the standard halogens, obviously, so worst case is that after the first snowstorm I can always just pull the LED's and put them on Ebay, lol.
