So whats all your opinions on these? 2 times now I have had my oil samples come back contaminated with gas and possibly blow by was the cause. All my injectors are good and not leaking, I did idle a while when picking up my daughter from school. So is a catch can going to help this? Is it a good idea to hsve one anyways? Im not super charged, just a plain old 4.0 ltr

So follow your egr hoses and the port coming out of engine block, back of motor, goes to the in side of catch can. Out side of catch can goes to in port of egr valve. Buy a good catch can, baffled preferred, good 3' of rubber hose, fuel line that wont collapse, and 4 hose clamps. Make sure hose clamps are good and tight so you dont get an air leak. The hardest part is mounting this thing, fabricating a bracket.

    A thing or two...
If you don't have a catch can, it gets sucked into the intake and burned by the motor. The PCV only needs to be changed when it goes bad.
