Experience with Magnuson Supercharger and included Bully Dog Tuner?

What would happen if you tinker with the shift modes with the Bully Dog in combo with a valve body upgrade?

I am running N/A full bolt-ons, no Y-pipe, and UCON EMS. 08 4.0 4x2 Tacoma. I don't know how the other tunes run, but UCON is badass. CAM gears, piggy back, and thermometer.
My problem is also the shifting. I am AT but when I smash depending on what gear, speed, and throttle it shifts. Downshifts, overdrive and upshift very fast, but certain times in the shift, 3rd and 4th, there is a very hard ass kick on my tranny.
Maybe you experience the same thing, but am I fucking up my tranny with that hard ass kick shift?

 

Manual shift. See if it does the same thing?

If so, upgrade your valve body.

 

Driveshaft was mentioned in another thread. I am not really a car guy. Can you please elaborate and the benefits of upgrading the driveshaft and what companies make them? Also since I am not 4x4 and do not go offroading, the idea of doing a rear sway bar was brought up. Opinions?

You are right and you are the person who started the thread. I did go off subject with sway bar and drive shaft, but in the first thread you mentioned BD and UCON EMS. BD seems like a reflash kit where the UCON is similar the APR-X1 and comes with cam gears, engine guardian, and no relflashing if you decide to get away for N/A.

 

It refers to an engine management system offered through URD. Used for tuning the Toyota ECU.
