My bench was better, but it is what it is.

Added a jungle gym workout in the middle of my sprints. I sprint walk 1 mile to the jungle gym. Do the monkey bars, dips, roman squats, and pretty much box jumps. Do all that for three sets then sprint walk back to the truck. It was fun.

 

All of it. I ate it all. I didn't even plate it.
