suddenly the nav and phone capabilities wont work on my 4runner Entune (premium JBL)

I start my car and the map display says "loading map..." and stays that way for as long as my car is on.
The phone doesn't connect, and if I press the phone button on the screen it says "waiting for bluetooth" and stays that way for as long as the car is on.

If I go to setup the NAV and PHONE buttons on the screen are "greyed out" and can not be selected.

Other functions that use Nav or phone dont work either (like weather, it gives the same "loading map...".

Anyone else seen this? any ideas on how to correct???

Since no one else has replied, maybe delete the paired phone from the radio, and see if the radio boots properly?

Maybe the Nav SD card is corrupted or not seated properly?

on the phone, I can't unpair as it wont let me access any of the settings. (it always shows "waiting on bluetooth).
I did remove and reseat the sd card. It could still be corrupt I guess.

I did also try to "reset" the whole radio by disconnecting the car battery for 10 min. It didn't work, but I'm wondering if there is a capacitor or battery backup on that unit because when I reconnected, I noticed my audio settings (treble/Mid/bass and fade settings) were still intact (I would have expected them to be reset to defaults).

I have an appointment with the stealer next week so if I cant figure it out before then I guess I'll see if they have any idea.

Just an update. So, after 4 days or so of this problem and many drives in that time, I drove to a local store today and when I got back in my car to come home both the phone(Bluetooth) and Nav started working!
When I arrived at home, I stopped and started the car again and it worked a second time.
    W H Y !!!
I'm glad it's working, but what the heck?

We'll see for how long. Thanks all for your assistance!

I am currently having the same issue for about almost 3 weeks and haven't had that luck I guess I'll have to take it in to the dealership.
