Those MF'rs will stick out 4" past stock. I'm guessing they'll fit but you're turning radius will be limited otherwise you'll be rubbing the cab mount like a mofo

I figure stock rims are positive 30 these are neg 38 for a total distance of 68 mm aka 2.67 inches. I also am about to do a 3 inch lift. Lol

Lots of bolt on chrome stuff
That's the difference in where the center of the wheel will be though. If you go from stock width (is it 7"?) to 10" wide wheel, each side will stick out 1.5" more

Yep. I know how to calculate it exactly because I wanted to know how far out mine would stick. It's literally 4" over stock.

Well shoot. How bad would it be with 5100/887?

Literally the exact same. Shocks don't change your track width.

If you mean how bad will the rubbing be.. slightly less at ride height around town with the lift, but just as bad offroad as your wheels still go up just as far when suspension compresses.

What he said. Plus the farther out the tire sticks, the more it's going to rub the firewall. A CMC may not be enough to completely alleviate rubbing.

since I didn't see anyone else bring up the fact that putting a 265 on a 10" wide wheel would be a no no. I think 8.5 for most tire brands is the max recommended. Your tire would look like those people that do the "drifter" cars now with the crazy camber, on top of blowing the bead if you ever air down. No bueno. Plus that is what's going to throw your scrub radius out so far. Not just the offset.

I have 31x10.5 on 15x10s and it looked perfect. Not that stretched look.

That was 15s. do what you like. I know I had 265/70/17 on a 9" wheel and I think it made the tire 1/2 " smaller because of the stretch. Which is why I have 8" wide wheels now

    Sorry to thread jack OP.

We all own second gens, but I'm fairly certain that they're the same height. They may be constructed differently (digressive vs progressive shocks) but I believe the ride height is the same.

Sold those wheels a long time ago. I am on 8" with 4.5bs now. I can send you a pic of how that sits?
