what kind of distance does it have?

 

In the hills and using simplex(radio-to-radio) about the same/slightly better than CB. Main thing is not as much chatter from other users. It's a HAM radio and you can talk (with a license) around the world.

I'm going to camp with a Hammock Group (Tents are welcome) at Yates Place Campground, just outside URE this weekend. While I am there I want to go wheel.

Nah my exhaust is good, a little dented but still good. Plus I want to go with a Gibson exhaust when I change it.
