Hmm.. Idk. If I had to use a pump i'd be tempted not to but its pretty easy so I think I'll just do them both just in case.

    • Figure out headlights
    • Change engine oil
    • Reboot CVs
    • Change front gear oil
    • Remove rainbow stickers
    • Clean, wax, undercoat for winter
    • Remove driveshaft and get rebalanced/maybe retubed :(
    • Install axle shims hopefully to fix vibes (ordered)
    • Maybe band aid fix rear with a longer shackle? Nah fam
    • Get some air bumps (eventually)
    • Clean interior
    • Powdercoat bed bars
    • Fix backup camera (ordered new one)
    • Replace reverse light (ordered)
    • Softtopper on for winter
    • Install new HID harness and ignitor
    • Reinstall driveshaft
So I ordered these for Mr. Tac: https://www.theretrofitsource.com/led-lighting/led-bulbs/921-t15-morimoto-xb-led.html

And these for Lana because her reverse lights are at an angle so the projector is useless: https://www.theretrofitsource.com/led-lighting/led-bulbs/921-t15-acme-x.html

And so I was messing with my camera. Idk wtf is going on. When put in reverse it wouldn't pop up on my HU anymore. But there's a display option of just "camera" and in that mode when I put it in reverse it would change from "no signal" and just barely flicker on and work...

So I fucked wiht some stuff and disconnected and cleaned and checked power sources and now it won't work at all. Whatever I ordered this one. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005Q65ZIK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

On the bright side, shit is clean! And my headlights work again! And all fluids and filters are replaced. I was decently below the "Cold min" mark on my Power steering fluid too so I'm hoping that will also help out my steering whine @jberry813

That should help with the whine but you should just swap out the old fluid as well. My Infiniti was whining intermittently but was full, pulled all that old shitty fluid and replaced with new and no more noise

Yeah or a small transfer pump. Drain fill, turn truck on and turn lock to lock for a bit and repeat drain full until happy

This is what i plan to do. I have one of these things:

Suck out as much as i can. Top it back off. Start the truck. Cycle the wheels lock to lock 10 times. Suck some more out. Refill. Cycle lock to lock. Rinse and repeat until fluid looks clean.

My power steering fluid is as black as coal and has noticeable dirt in it...yet i have no apparent leaks. It smells like absolute death.

    Long over due.

Back before i did the ECGS bushing, it had a leak. I put some lucas stop leak in it....then a couple weeks later did the bushing. Since then it has not moved on the sight level. Its just gotten completely putrid.

Might as well change it. Especially since it has a horrible hiss at full lock. PSSSHHHHH
