I seen multiple leveling kits for the new Tacomas. Some have new springs and struts, some only come with the spacers and blocks, some come with A arms and some don't. I'm not sure why is there so many ways you can get a 3" lift. Some are most expensive than others. I was wondering if anyone can help me out. I installed a set of fuel rims 18x9 with a +18 offset and wanted to lift it 3". Can someone help me out and also what will be the biggest tires I can put on it with the lift. Thank you ahead of time

In theory, yes. In reality, no.

If you want to trim stuff, cut stuff, weld stuff.. you can go bigger, but if you just want to bolt on and go, you're not making more room for larger tires just by adding height. Unless you never plan to turn left or right, or flex your suspension on a speed bump.
