Haha that was actually a troll post. I was watching a YouTube video and took that pic to troll my friends on Instagram.

GameStop sells preowned Wii Classic Controllers for $17.99. Better to just get the NES controller for $9.99 brand new.

Yes, it will come with one controller and an additional controller can be purchased for $9.99.

Thursday night I'm gonna hit up a 24 hour Walmart around midnight to see if they'll have any on their shelves.

 

Not a bad idea actually. I'm off work that day so I can go somewhere in the AM most likely, unless I find a local place dropping it at midnight..

 

GameStop opens at 10am (at least the ones here do) and they are not doing preorders, just first come first serve. Target opens at 8am I believe, so I'll probably hit them up first if Walmart is a no go.

I wonder if everyone that has the holiday off will be camping out for the NES like it was Black Friday.

 

Well many were.

I tried the 24hr Walmart last night and they said first come first served, so I drove there and they said they gave out all 18 tickets. Dumbass!

3 GameStops said the same thing you heard...they were posting a sign after closing Thursday of how many.

I got up at 630 and went to Target, was 3rd..they had 8. Sucks b/c my friend got there 9th ..and some people were royal asses trying to crash the line. Fortunately an employee had seen the 8 of us lined up and vouched for us.

Tried a few more places with no dice to get my friend one.

 

Went to Walmart last night but they only had 12. There was like 20 people ahead if me. This morning I Was number 16 of 28 at Target. Then went to Best Buy and was 13 of 20.

Went to Walmart before midnight but they only had 12. A homeless guy was near the front of the line, my guess is someone paid him to hold a spot in line.


6:45am at Target.






Before 9am at Best Buy.

Stupid that the Target I went to didn't do tickets. There was one latecomer who said "I just have to outrun you" to which one said "there's 8 of us and 1 of you, nice try"

 

Target must not have had a plan in place. I think the employees came up with the voucher system at the last minute after they saw a line start to form outside.

 

Sounds like it wasn't at least not across the board. Had the guy not vouched for the 8 of us one lady would have gotten cheated.

Some 16 yr old tried shoving by a lady at the counter who waited since 7. I just backed up and told her stay close to me, I'll handle him if he tries..had to walk the lady to her car after she was so nervous

I am also in the process of gettting an old windows 98 computer up and running to play games from when i was a kid. ( i have the games and the computer, just need to get it to work properly).
Gameboy Color (its my GF's but i will take credit for that one too lol...I did used to have one)
I had an original XBOX but i tossed it in the trash about a month ago...disc tray wouldn't open.

have between 10-30 games for each system except for ps4. only have Horizon, Rocket league and resident evil 5 for ps4)

I just found out the other day that the YouTube app for the Wii was discontinued on June 30. Not really bummed since the Xbox 360 and PS3 has YouTube.

So did anyone get the Super NES Classic?

I was worried I wouldn't get one since I knew I'd be in Canada but I went to a Walmart in Surrey at 6am and was number 19 out 48. My sister was able to get me one from the Amazon Treasure Truck since she didn't think I'd be able to get one in Canada.

 

I didn't yet. Going to though

 

Same, don't have one yet but a little less worried about getting one this go around.
