I have a 2002 regular cab Tacoma with the 2.7L engine, and I do not know whether to go with the 880 or 881 OME coils... What do you guys think? Also, I'm going for a 2-2.5" lift

    Thanks!

Yes I have! Here's my current suspension setup (copied from my build)
    ***
    Suspension/Wheels/Tires
SCS Matte Gunmetal F5's 3.5" BS
    265/75/R16 BFG All-Terrain T/A KO2s @30psi
    2" lift from Wheeler's Off-Road consisting of:

    • OME 881 Coils
    • Front and Rear Blistein 5100s
    • New top plates, stem cushions, and washers for front shocks
    • Wheeler's Multi Leaf AAL 1.5" 3 Leaf Progressive (Includes new U-Bolts and center pins)
    • Wheeler's 4x4 Differential Drop Kit with Skid Plate Spacers
    • 2 new Lower Front Strut Mount bolts
    • 1/4" Polyurethane Top Plate Spacer (for compensation for the driver's side lean)
    • Rear Brake Proportioning Valve Relocation Kit
    • 19" Red Extended Rear Brake Line
    ***
I think this setup was about perfect for me, but if I would definitely consider looking at the full OME setup. I also took measurements before and after, however since I have a single cab 4 cylinder, the measurements are probably different from your ext. cab V6. Here they are copied from my build:

I also took some rough measurements of the height of my truck (measured from my garage floor the the middle-bottom of my Bushwhacker Flares).

    Stock:
    Rear Passenger: 35 1/4"
    Front Passenger: 34 1/2"
    Rear Driver: 35"
    Front Driver: 34 1/2"

    After Lift:
    Rear Passenger: 37 1/2"
    Front Passenger: 36 3/4"
    Rear Driver: 37 1/2"
    Front Driver: 36 5/8"

    After Lift and Tires:
    Rear Passenger: 39"
    Front Passenger: 38 1/2"
    Rear Driver: 38 3/4"
    Front Driver: 38 1/4"

Interesting how the driver's side is now EXACTLY 1/4" lower than the passenger side. It's a shame the shop wasn't able to fit the spacer in...

There is also a thread on here for all OME setups: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/old-man-emu-setups-on-1st-gen.141055/
Personally I didn't have a need for OME Nitrocharger Shocks and i feel Bilsteins do just fine for my driving.

Thank you silverbullet02. I was thinking about the OME struts but I didn't know if the extra $100 for them would be worth it over the Blistein. So with the 881 looks like you got close to 2 1/4 lift with them. I may need to go with the 882. The front of my truck should weigh a little more. If I may ask. Why was the shop not able to get the 1/4 spacer in the driver side?

Honesty I have no clue, all the guys on here told me before I bought that it should be no issue. Perhaps the shop wasn't interested in taking apart more than they had to... regardless I really don't even notice the lean. If you are wondering about which OME Coils to get I would just shoot a quick email to the customer service department of whatever website you plan on buying from. Tell the your truck and what size lift you want and they should be able to tell you exactly what you need. All the measurements are confusing and seemed like they could vary a lot, at least to me. That's what I did and it really gave me peace of mind when writing the check.
