I feel a slight surge then RPM drop after leveling off a hard acceleration (i.e. getting on highway) I suspect this is either normal bypass valve feeling, transmission fluid low? (gonna flush fill this week), or bypass sticking?

Any threads on working on the bypass? I couldn't find in my search but I may have just missed it.

    Possibly.

Having a 2011, have you also checked your transmission fluid level? If not, do so.

There are a few cases where even new bypass valve actuators, installed on new s/c's, have been bad. Which I am specifically privy to. Removing its vacuum source, or pinching it to block it off, and doing a test drive, will be a good indicator of its operation. Aside from vacuum/pressure testing it.

Load based. However, nothing will be bypassed to reduce the the time that the boost comes on. Again, do "test drive." As the engine should be much more responsive.

I draiand filled tranny and diff fluids. I think it's a little better if not resolved.

Since it's not major Was waiting to test for a gauge to monitor boost. Been trying to get a boost gauge that I like and fits in the flexpod 3 gauges later I think I'm ordering some Speedhuts

I think at least part of it is just how our elec transmissions shift as load changes.

Thanks @Torspd I'm keeping an eye on it. I don't think I need a new valve yet.

Be prepared to wait for the SpeedHut gauges. Ordered some mid November and they still haven't arrived.

Ugh, oh well. They say up to 30 days so with holidays its not too surprising. I'd better get my order in soon.
