There is a bracket in the airbag kit that straddles your leaf springs and the cradle gets bolted to that bracket.

The height of your leaf spring pack will determine how high the bracket goes and how long the extensions need to be so they contact the axle.

someone had mentioned needing longer break lines for a 3 leaf progressive aal and the firestone bags. would 2" longer lines be sufficient?

You will not need longer brake lines. That's a function of suspension droop - which is only affected by spring arch and shock length. However if you are not using airbag cradles it is possible to over-flex with aftermarket leafs. That'll tear the airbag long before a brake line gets stretched.

Did you keep the overload in with this riderite/ daystar setup or scrap it? Also did you need the 2" riderite extension mentioned above. Thanks

I saw some total chaos ubolt relocation plates on their website that are for spring under axel, aftermarket 2.5"
springs. Are these the same ones ? They look like they work well on your soa (stock?) springs. Thanks for any input @Burnout

Yes, those are the ones. Because they have dropped down flanges that allow the U bolt nuts to sit lower they will not interfere with the airbags They will work with stock or aftermarket springs. Just cut your U Bolts to fit the thickness of whatever spring set-up you run.

Is anyone familiar with Hellwig airbags, they look new to the market?
And look very similar to the Firestone, but the mounting brackets look much stouter. While the air ride look less capable for the various config's read about throughout this post.
And would they work with the cups?

A bump here of my install because I found a picture (care of @Mach375) of what happens if you don't support the inner leg on 3 leaf (or more) springs. The Ride Rite was made for a 2 leaf spring, and requires the longer leg, part # 5652.

I have Firestone bags plus Daystar cradles and love the setup. Would adding Icon/Fox/King rear shocks make a big difference in plushness over the TRD shocks?

Do you have a link to the part number you are referring to? Can't seem to find it online.

I like this, but it looks like it fills the bags through one line and a tee. I want a compressor that can adjust both bag pressures individually, and automatically hold the pressure that's set. I found this on Amazon:

    https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B001OMV...UTF8&colid=2F3Z1T5J4SZAQ&coliid=IWWZKVQ378NC7

It seems to do what I want it to, but the reviews are mixed, and I would prefer something hardwired so that dead remote batteries are not a problem. Firestone offers several options too, but I thought I'd see what the group has tried.

Paul, not to bust your balls, but if you'd read my post, I bumped my install post, which called out the source for the legs. Type in E Trailer, and order your legs. Read my install post and click on each picture for details on how to do your legs to match the need.

Any feedback on the AirLift brand of air springs?
