Man that is one pretty gun. I looked into building one with wood furniture like that 7 or 8 years ago but never did it now I wish I did.

Has anybody in here ever used the velocity drop in trigger? I'm looking for a decent single stage and found them on sale. I was also thinking about spending a little more and getting a Hipertouch 24E.

That's what I put in the AR I just built. I went with the Velocity 3lb single stage. It appears well made and shipped quickly.

Feels nice dry firing....this is my first drop in though so I don't have anything to compare with other than the 'combat' triggers. I will get it out to the range Saturday.

Just posted a landcruiser that I would trade for a properly equipped factory built AR. Check out the classified.

Yeah i saw that, if the mag doesnt have a window in it then i dont see much difference in a non windowed pmag and GI mag. I personally have never had a failure in either type so I'll save a few pennies on the GI mags. Besides these are just adding to the pile, i already have a couple pmags laying around :anonymous:

Sweet I'll check it out! It seems like a lot of the uppers, lowers, and barrels from different companies are all out of stock.

If its only for hogs im assuming you wont be shooting past 200-250 yards, i would look at the vortex strike eagle http://www.vortexoptics.com/product/vortex-strike-eagle-1-6x24-riflescope-ar-bdc-reticle ignore the 450 price tag on that site they go for around 330 and with black friday you can probably find a better deal
also look at primary arms http://www.primaryarms.com/primary-...le-advanced-combined-sighting-system-paps1-6x they go under 300.

I few months ago I bought a Nikon buckmaster 2 scope 3-9x40 for my 7mm-08 rifle. It's a great scope for only $150.

I don't have any experience with scopes on AR's but I don't see why this wouldn't work.

I agree with the strike eagle recommendation. I recently got one and love it so far. People say the glass isn't as good but I have no complaints. I got mine on Amazon for 300 and free shipping.

I have one of these on my M4. It's $260 on Amazon but you will still need a mount, you can find a decent one piece removable for $60-80 or high mount rings a lot cheaper. Nice simple crosshair scope.
