Really just depends on a number of things. I had a bad experience with beads last time I tried, but I also used airsoft pellets vs actual beads. I also kept wheel weights on and maybe added too many beads causing a lopsided wheel balance. Im thinking of trying the actual dynabeads this time, put in whats recommended and nothing more

Wait you left the original weights on there too? That's why you had issues. Beads only

On new tires there's usually a red dot marked on the outside wall and that dot needs to be lined up with the valve stem. That's will assure you to have the least amount of weight to balance

Conflicting sides to keeping them on or off. Ideally off but even dynabeads says if you still have issues add weight where needed. It was fine until I dumped way more beads in the tires, I think thats where I had my issues. I would have played with them more to see what it was but I had a long drive that day

Yup, some even have a second yellow dot and that's another option

So im wanting to order some much needed lights for the truck. I need rock lights and some rear lights.

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019W8T65K/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A1HUKFKSGZID4U
So these are what I'm thinking of for rock lights, ill have to do the extra leg work to wire everything up but they are cheap, easily replaceable if one dies (spice another one in). Another option is those slim mount led lights like below

    https://www.amazon.com/RioRand-2-Pi...qid=1480284082&sr=8-9&keywords=slim+led+light

Now for rear lights I wanted to use these

    https://www.amazon.com/LITE-WAY-Flu...0284126&sr=8-9&keywords=flush+mount+led+light

But they are 8in long, finding shorter ones is an issue besides shelling out for the rigid ones. And cutting the hole for them will probably suck.

Another option for the rear is a light bar on the rear of the rack. Small ones will look goofy imo and one that expands the entire rack will look better. Really the only down side is cost and its an extreme amount of light to face backwards.

I could always move my front 40inch single row to the rear and buy 9inch round lights for the center hoop up front to take place of the 40inch bar. Which would be a plus because the glare is a little too much with the bar up top.

I'd get round ones for the bumper and move the current 40" back. That is a lot of light though...

For my use it is too much light, I just need something bright enough to see trees and such behind me in the dark. The camera wont pick up anything past a couple of feet when its pitch black especially if its a bunch of trees together.
Honestly I could go without rear lights but it would be nice not breaking a window with a branch or slamming the spare against something

They are nice but for my use I don't need anything remotely like the quality/lumen output/optic design of higher end lights. It just needs to be bright enough to see shit when its completely dark outside for the 4/5 times I actually would use them during the year. Plus my rigid lights are the only ones that have fogged up and allowed water to get inside....

Really? Interesting. I got the BD lights and they are so much better quality than rigid already. I love them and they are stupid bright. I would at least look into their pods

They are nice lights, I have no concerns of their quality but still over $150 for the small pod and thats too much imo especially the usage of the lights.

Yeah they have a ton of those offerings, I'm not a fan of the cube look on the rear bumper so thats the only reason I passed on those. That would certainly get what I want though. I really don't want any lights in the bumper (thats why I ordered the bumper this way) but when its really dark and backing up on a narrow trail rear light would be nice to have.

I might have to wait until they start making knock offs of the lights I want haha

    Try hitting up @Iggy.
All the lights i run on my truck are his and they are great. Pretty sure he offers a 9" round light also.
Had a couple of the Amazon one in the past too and they just didn't cut it. Quality and performance was shit. But the price was cheap.
