First time passing thru Moab and into Colorado Springs at the end of December on a road trip. Not planning on doing trails at this time. That being said i live in the swamp down in south Louisiana where there are no hills and snow is rare. Im not used to driving in icy/snowy conditions and was wondering how practical it would be to carry a set of snow chains with me? I know having and not needing is better than vis versa. But still curious what you guys who have been thru there during this time have to say.

    Thanks.

If you don't have 4x4 bring chains.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    I would take chains regardless
