The problem isn't whether the mirror itself will swap, but whether the bracket will fit between the baseplate and the headliner...is there enough vertical clearance?

My field of view was obstructed so I purchased the immryo bracket for my '14 Tacoma. If I ever get a GoPro or another gadget I'll go with Bird Dawgs Mirror Riser.

I'm 6'1" and I had to duck around every right hand corner to see under it.

I'm suprised you 6'3" guys fit in Tacomas. I don't feel like there's much extra headroom above me.

If you page through the thread, there is some. I'm 6'2", and didn't think the mirror bothered me to much, until I moved it. Makes a world of difference.

Also 6'3" here. There's just enough head room, and just enough leg room. Not much room behind the seat though!
