Marie, I've been sent here to get your help. New 2017 4X4 DCSB. New to 4 wheeling/lifts. Read all the posts and am confused on best set up. I want to lift it about 2" so that I don't have to put in new UCAs if possible. Thinking of spending a couple grand on the lift. Was thinking that I could do coilovers in the front and AAL in the back. I would be doing about 80% road driving and 20% off road on dirt/sand terrain. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Marie I was also hoping to get your opinion. I have a 2015 DCSB OR 4x4 with a Leer 100R canopy. I was looking at either the 5100 w/885 and the 2" Deaver AAL, or the 5100 W/885 & dakar w/B110 rear shocks. I don't carry a constant load under the canopy, but also don't want it sagging when I do. Don't need a level truck, Stock rake would be great.
    Thanks

    Marie,

I've got a 2011 TX-Pro DCSB 4x4 with a stock suspension on it at the moment and use it as a daily however, like to go offroad. (75% Road 25% off) I was thinking about going with a OME 886 (aftermarket bumper in future) with an add a leaf due to I do not tow many things. Also UCA's Light racing or TC UCA? I have not heard of light racing which makes me skeptical. If I could get some more insight I would appreciate it!.

Marie- I'm in the same boat. I have a 16 DCSB OR and would like an inch or two lift. Something that is a little more plush on and off road. I don't want a diff drop or new UCAs. Can you make a suggestion?

Hi Marie...i hope you see this. I ordered/received Bilsteins fromyou recently. Now I am thinking the rear might sit lower then i would like. I'm sure an aaa would work , but what about a small block ? My other concern is if i go too high i don't want the truck to look funny with 265/75/16's....thanks for your input

Looking for a lift on my stock 2012 dcsb I wanted 3 " but looking for a pretty easy lift I can install. Looking at coil overs and aal in back an something around 1-1.5k. I'm guessing I may need new uca''s even though I'd rather do stock if possible. So I guess some options with 2.5-3" of lift. I'd say I do 10% offroad right now.

There are several ways to lift your truck. Most of it comes down to what you use your truck for, which brand or style of suspension you prefer, and what your budget is. I have included a link to our kits page so you can check out some of your options along with pricing. Keep in mind we can modify our kits or custom build you a kit to fit your specific needs. We do have all of the lift options we carry listed as complete kits yet. We have the ADS shocks available for the 2nd gens as well. I also provided the link to the coilover page so you can check that out as well.

    Marie,

2017 DCSB 4x4 and just bought a set of 265/75/16 KO2s to go on stock OR wheels. My budget is $1,000 or less for a lift. I am in the Army and am moving to from NC to AZ this summer where I plan on using the truck quite a bit for backcountry camping, trail riding, exploring, etc. Would like to get something that will pair well with my 265's...enough lift to get more flex and articulation out of the truck for the trails, but not so much that it makes the tires look small. Any suggestions??

    Hey Marie,
What's your opinion on a 2-3" lift for my 2014 DCSB with a snugtop camper and lumber racks on top. Looking for 80-90% daily driving with the occasional heavy lumber load on the rack, and the 10-20% off road option. Because of the added weight of the camper and racks already, would you suggest the aal package along with the new shocks? I'm looking in the $1-1.5k range. I lean more toward Bilstein setups from previous experience, but your opinion is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You have a lot of options available but quite a bit of it can come down to how much weight you anticipate running. The stock leaf packs are not known for their capabilities or wareabilty. Adding in an add-a-leaf can help provide additional support but they are still reliant on the factory leaf pack. I will send you over a pm outlining the differences of the aal's along with some of the leaf packs that we offer so you can see which one would work best for you. As far as the rest of the suspension is concerned the OME and Bilstein options fall within your budget. I will send you some information on those too.
