My Tacoma makes a whistling noise when I reach 60 mph. I've taken it to my dealer and they put in a body plug and replaced the door seals, but it did nothing for the noise. They hear the noise, but don't know how to fix the problem. They said that other new trucks they drove on the lot has the same noise. I've called Toyota corporate and they claim its not a problem with the truck or defect so they want do anything about it. TOYOTA DOES NOT CARE! I would trade it in, but I don't think that fair that I lose money. Does anyone have a solution?

It's a work in progress. See my build thread.
Post #70 here fixed mine: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/wind-whistling-noise-with-video.286081/page-4

Well actually not completely fixed, but 99%. Since the picture was taken, I replaced the 1/8" clothesline with 3/16".

Cross wind noise is not the problem with my Tacoma. The whistling noise happens whenever you reach speeds of 60 mph or more. I've taken it to the dealer 2x and the have had it 3 weeks but they can't fix the problem. I called corporate and they said it was not a defect. They acknowledge the whistling, but they are closing the case. It makes me mad that large corporations consider unresolved customer problems to be a small percentage that as long as it doesn't effect there bottom line or company image they want to anything about it. You would think they would have learned something after sticking gas paddles not to ignore customer problems. I guess since no one ever died from a whistling noise and it want make national news they will take there chances.
