I've been doing a bit of research and would like to find some pod mounts for the front end of the truck (bumper/grill) but have come up empty handed. Does anyone know of any fabricators who produce mounts for LED pods rather than for only light bars? Appreciate any insights!

Thanks for the input @Cold_Toad! I failed to mention I've upgraded the fogs to morimoto already. I think at this stage the best solution may be to use Apex bar mounts (or the like) then fabricate a cross bar to facilitate the use of pods, namely the BD SII in the lower grill area. That could work!

Could you not buy the 30" light bar bracket for behind grille and mount 1 pod on each side instead of light bar? The brackets are very sturdy!

I was thinking of that as a solution actually, which they appear to be rigid enough although therein lies the problem of mounting since the holes are on the sides. I suppose an L bracket would quickly resolve that, but I would like to mount them inboard of the sides likely in the second bay of the lower grill which could cause some bouncing issues. Depending on where you would want them I think both ideas would work!

Why cant the pods be sideways? They should have full motion to swivel tilt etc.

Good point, you're right. I have been looking at the Baja Designs S2's which may not work placed sideways and I'm not aware of any others that would fit in the lower grill that are within the height of that space (2") if turned sideways.

Rigid duallys, baja s2 , any 4led pod should measure approx 2x2.

I bet if you bought some lights a shop could make up some brackets for you

Thanks for both the suggestions, I'll have a look at the Rigid's. Getting some brackets made or possibly just taking it on myself is a definite consideration, they're certainly not overly complex.
