Truck sounds weak when starting

This is my first four banger taco.
When I start it, it sounds weak. It turns over pretty quick, but just sounds weak.
Just bought it used yesterday with 80,000 miles on it, it's a 2008 manual transmission.
I've had many different types of vehicles including a v6 tacoma, and never heard such a weak sounding start. Just sounds anemic.

Since its still turning over quick I'm thinking it might not be the battery.

Any thoughts?

 

It would help a lot if you posted a video where we could hear it. Weak is too vague a description.

 

Depending where you are it could be winter taking a toll on the batt, but when I had my 4 banger it sounded weak starting from the first day I bought it new and never had a problem in the 5k miles I had it
