Alright sweet! Maybe when you get back after work we will put it on, that way I have a bit more time to find a bumper and winch and tires. Lol

I like this thread helped a lot and installed my lift last night with 2 friends we were able to get it done in about 4 hours. We were on a time crunch being that the base auto shop was closing, so I know we rushed somethings a bit and was curious if we actually did everything correctly. pics included.

Yes, I will be getting new tires soon.

Thanks for all and any help!

    1. Wanted to confirm which side each leaf back goes on? One had a "+" the other an "O"

    2. I am going to do the diff drop tomorrow, but how do the CV's look? I think its touching a bit. (Pics taken from the front)[IMG][IMG]

    3. The top mount for the rear shock? I had an extra washer, was told by one of the guys that works at the auto shop it wasn't needed, wanted to double check his word?

    4. The spacing on the bottom shock mount on the axle and the shock body seems very tight, is that correct? Yes, I had to pound the shock to align it and get the bolt through...

I'm in the club. Just picked up mine Friday. See y'all around base.

Also, if you guys can recommend somewhere to get my lift installed, I'd appreciate it. Considered doing it myself on base, but think that would be a bad idea...anybody had experience with Forrest Tire?

Hey man, welcome! And I installed mine on base. I have not used anyone in town... not sure what their quality is either, it is Clovis... :\

Yep....I'll probably just roll the dice. Otherwise I'll have to take it to Lubbock/Amarillo and twiddle my thumbs all day. Am thinking that if I do it here in town I can at least deal with someone local if issues pop up later.

Also - if anyone is looking for a set of basically new OEM wheels/tires/suspension/skid plates/floor mats from a '17 TRD OR, let me know. The wheels/tires will have less than 1000 miles on 'em when they come off.

Nice! I hear/read only good things about the icons, but have never had a ride in them, curious how they are.

Appreciate the offer! I went ahead and had Forrest Tire do it today though...gave me a good military discount and it was in and out in a couple of hours. Pretty stoked with the results!

Not yet....was waiting until I could install my winch...which I did yesterday. Plan on taking it up to the snowy roads up in the National Forest first chance I get for some backcountry skiing.
