Hope it does well for him!

I will say though i would personally want more info about the rifles. Especially at that price point. Like where are the barrels from? Stuff made in house or just rebranded (im going with rebranded). Basically is the company a "builder" or just an "assembler".

I'd agree with this, he needs way more details to justify the price. The only stuff he lists by brand name is the trigger ($100), grip ($22) and the stock ($140). Who makes the important stuff like the barrel and bolt isn't listed. A rifle built for $600 could have the same exact description.

definitely fair. he can tell you more about it then I can, I wouldnt do it NEAR justice. I know the hand guard is his own design, workin on the patent but doesnt have the current $10k to do it (patents are all about money).

if your question is: does he operate his own machine shop, then no. (companies like Ruger, Daniel Defense, and maybe DCM, actually machine their own parts). ALL other companies outsource all their parts but put their own spins on it, like Insurgent Tactical. If you compare it to Sons of Liberty Gunworks, which does the same thing, his beats theirs on all points. I completely understand what you are saying about "where is the BCG, lower, or upper coming from" but they are his, in the sense that he has a manufacturer that makes his parts to his specs with his emblem on them. This is much different than the dealer that just buys bare parts and assembles them; a different league.

He has a type 7 FFL license which authorizes manufacturing weapon parts, NOT the same as just selling weapons which is a Type 1 dealer license.

There is TON of stuff that goes into manufacturing firearms that the average person does not understand (and nor do I fully understand haha).

These weapons are NOT for the average joe that wants a 600$ AR from walmart. These are high end, performance weapons that those that do a good deal of research in the industry understand the quality of product and research and design that has gone into these particular models.

I, in no way, am trying to start some proxy war on the internet haha, and def value anyone's ideas on helping him improve the site and I thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback (I sincerely mean that, I am in no way in the business nor have any self interest in the company other than helping out my brother get his name out there). The only point I wish to convey is that this is not the same weapon you get from a pawnshop or dicks sporting goods.

Thank you again for your time and def feel free to call him up with questions. He'll be more than happy to explain any aspect, which has taken him over a year to make it to his completed product

@Skootter14 It might be a good idea if he adds lowers made by XXX forge, uppers made by XXX forge, barrels made by XXX, etc.

eBay has BCM keymod foregrips for like $25 shipped. Usually way more than that.
