30 minutes for the tailgate letters, and that's taking your time. Plus the seller gives you a link for a
YouTube install video and great written instructions.

So what model did you get? Looks like an OR model or a TRD Pro

I got the TRD OR, I was originally going for an SR5 but i got a good deal on this one, I prefer the access cab (I've owned a 2007 2wd and a 2008 4x4) but i need the space so i went with the double cab, I'm loving it so far.
You've made your super aggressive, which I really like.

Very nice! I love the OR black fender flares, but since I will rarely, if ever, go off roading, I decided on the Sport model. Love the hood scoop, and figured I could dip, or later permanently paint, the flares.

So I decided to make it a combo of them, and named it: The MUTANT TACO

Now even the most knowledgeable Tacoma owners/enthusiasts do a double take.......what the heck, is an OR, Sport, no no no......must be a Pro......no wait......the Pro doesn't come as an Access Cab??????

LOL still got a few things to go; two-tone leather interior and still not sure whether to get a Leveling kit or Lift kit. Leaning more towards a leveling kit. Only want to lift the front two, two and a half inches, and the rear an inch maybe inch and a half.

It's definitely fun making it my own. Kid at one shop I was at said "hey nice truck, Texas Edition too.....nice". Then I told him I put those (the round ones) badges on the access cab rear upper door. He thought it looked factory.

Mutant Taco is definitely a fitting name for your truck,it's a very unique truck. I had big tires and a cheap 3 inch lift (blocks in the back spacers in the front) on my previous truck, but I'm planning on leaving this one stock for now as i like the way it drives, very smoothly, the only mods I wanna do are the black letters on the tailgate, pastidip badges and plastidip the grill, or get a new grill, haven't decided yet. Maybe in a couple of years I'll do more drastic mods.

These leather seat covers replace your OEM seat covers. You could install yourself, but it's a real PITA, I'd leave it to a Pro to install. And they're not cheap either.

Looks like I'm going with a Leveling Kit.
Gonna give the ReadyLift SST 69-5212 a try. Install next week.
Plus I'll have them put in a Remote Starter.

Waiting on the leather shop to give me a call. They have to get a letter from a dealership sent/faxed over to their distributors authorizing them to use the Toyota logo.

    Specifically the TRD Sport logo.

I'll have to swing by and decide what color looks best. I'm pretty sure I'll go with a two-tone, not sure on stitching color or logo color yet.

Maybe it's the angle, but that 'after' shot doesn't look right at all.
Your 'before' shot looks much much more appropriate, I like it a lot actually.

Ya it's funny how much the angle effects the pic. Here's one more centered.

I also measured all the way around, center of wheel to bottom center of fender flares. Front 38.5" and 38.75 rear.

Also took my 3 foot level and put it on the bedrail just to have a look, and sure enough it's level. Shoulda tried it on the tailgate to see if it tilts on way or the other. I'll try that later just for fun!

    I'll check/measure.

Think I might have time today to remove the access cab seat/pad behind the drivers seat. Nobody will ever sit back there, if I ever have a third person they'll have to sit behind the passenger because my seat is too far back for even a small kid to fit comfortably.

The purpose is to get a few more inches for a storage/tool box I just got. Fits ok now, drivers seat is about two/three inches from the box. But I figure removing that seat pad will give easily another three to four inches.

Plus it serves no purpose for me. I might leave the headrest tho, it almost touches the top of the box when folded halfway, so it's flat/horizontal.

I'll take a pic to better explain it. Picture is worth a thousand words as the saying goes.
