    Stuff, stuff and more stuff

Id do it after, it can be messy and you need to bleed the brakes after adding the extended lines.

Thanks for the response. How do I know if I need the drive shaft spacer and carrier bearing drop spacer? I'm good with running wheel spacers I actually prefer the look with the wheels sticking outside the fender some. How long does the install take and what am I looking at cost wise? I don't have the tools or any idea of what I'm doing to the point just hearing you say help me with the install intimidates me haha. I'm down to help but I'd definitely need specific instructions. Thanks for everything

I just read that the wheels I have are 16x8 with a -13mm offset which gave me the calculation of a 3.99bs. From this I'm under the impression that these wheels would work with the 6.5" Maxtrac spindle kit even without having to run wheel spacers but I'm hoping to receive some clarification. Thanks in advance.

I think most everyone runs a carrier bearing drop cause it helps correct the ds angle. If you're doing the 6.5" you'll most likely need a ds spacer, not sure of size. Mine needed 1.5" but then @White Horse only needed .75", same amount of lift but different components to achieve it & I believe that's why they're different. We have tools so don't worry about that & when I say help I mean well be right there working on it with you. You don't get out of getting your hands dirty. Haha

You already have wheel spacers correct?
Test fit with no spacers to see if you clear & if you do fine, if not put the spacers on. Not a big deal. Keep in mind though the spindles add .75" of track width to each side.

Doesnt change the factory geometry of the suspension.

    No need for aftermarket UCA's

Lift is gained for a pretty decent price

You can then add coilovers with no preload for a plush ride

    Looks dope af

I'd say the biggest is 4" of lift without messing with the suspension geometry which mean you can do it without changing your stock struts or uca's. Then there's the cost, you can have a 4" lift for well under a grand.
You can also expand the lift later to potentially have 5", 6" or 7" if you choose

Yes I have the wheel spacers and that sounds good. I don't mind getting dirty at all as long as I'm not just messing the truck up haha. How do I find out if I need the extra parts and where can I order them from?

When you're ready to order your spindles, blocks & U bolts call Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road , she'll get you set up & can include the carrier bearing drop. The driveshaft spacer you'll have to order from 4-crawler.com. I'd say go with the 65mm x 65mm x 10mm because there's 2 different bolt patterns & it can be hard to measure what you have. The 65mm will work with either one.
    http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/DriveshaftSpacer.shtml
@White Horse originally lifted his rear 4" & needed a .75" spacer so it's possible you'll need a .75"-1" spacer. It's really hard to say how much spacer you'll need until it's lifted.
Do you have any lift on the rear right now? I can't remember. If so you could possibly need more spacer than that.
@White Horse did about 6.5 & 4 in the rear & had some bro lean until he added an aal.

    Haha that's cool!
Is he on here? Chad can't help cause he's lives in TX.

What a long ass day ! Tackled this install on my own. Took about 10 hours. I have no mechanical skills. Brakes took a while. Had to cut some of the bracket. Was left with a bunch of left over washers and those rubber hose clamps. Not sure where they go. Had to drive home about 80 miles without an alignment. It's sketchy. Seems solid though. I do get the occasional loud clunk when make a hard turn. Sounds like coil moving/ setting ? 5100 @ .85
Bro LEANNNN hard for now lol

Block or leaf pack in rear?

I'd check that clunk first thing in the morning to make sure everything is good

Check before. Any small adjustment could throw off the alignment.

Is thw clunk only when your turning or when you come to a stop?
