Anyone have a good distributor to order either an add a leaf or full leaf pack that has affordable shipping to Alaska? One of my add a leafs broke and the truck now looks retarded with a lifted front end and stock level rear end.

Any chance your '11 T/X Pro has an add-a-leaf TSB? Free is pretty damn cheap...

That's how I found out it was broken. Had the usual leaf squeaking and groaning noise so I decided to have the TSB 4 leaf pack installed over my add a leaf. Went to pick up the truck today and was told the add a leaf was sheared on one side and they weren't able to reinstall it. With just the TSB 4 leaf the rear end is noticeably lower than it was. My wife is pretty short and commented on how the nose high attitude of the truck made it hard for her to see and drive coming back from the dealer.

Anyone recommend a good battery to pick up locally? I just got in from the Slope yesterday afternoon after a quick week long shift to find a dead battery. Trickle charged it, then drove it around last night. Now the battery is dead again this morning. I would call the dealership, but I don't want to go through that hassle just to get a new battery that would probably fail after another 18 months.

Edit: Apparently a group 27F isn't carried at Costco, Napa, or O'Reilly in Anchorage. I caved and called the dealership, they had to order it and I have an apt to replace it in 10 days . Pretty sure I'm just going to check Sears and Autozone. With how popular these trucks are, I guess I don't know where everyone is getting their batteries from.

Green tree fabrication, or order through toytec and they'll ship to your door, when I used to run an AAL I ordered it through toytec and didn't pay much at all for shipping

Hey guys I will throwing my truck up for sale soon. Figured I would check here to see if anyone is interested before I start pulling parts and throw in on CL. Window is cracked but I can have a new one put in if someone wants it. Only reason I am selling is I need more space for the kids. Probably going to get a newer 4runner.

    $26,900

    It's a 2012 DCSB TRD Off-Road Silver streak with 50k miles.

    Upgrades include:

Old Man Emu All around with Dakar leafs for 2" of lift
    235/85/16 Hankook ATM's (32" Tire)
    ECGS Bushing
    Nav with JBL
    Remote Start
Led pods mounted at hood brakets
Led bar mounted in front bumper
    All-Pro Apex Sliders
Custom fuse box under the hood for all the electronic goodies.
    2m/70cm radio with custom mount
Custom switches for all the Led lights
Neoprine seat covers front and rear
Weather Tech Floor mats front and rear
Full synthetic fluids all around and fumoto drain plug for oil
    Yakima bed rack
All-Pro Hi Lift mount in bed rail
Custom Fire extinguisher mount in bed

I ended up finding one there. The guy behind the counter was surprised that mine died so quickly, and that Kendall wasn't willing to help me out in a timely manner. I swapped it out right there in the parking lot and handed over my old battery for the core exchange discount.

Low beams, no fog lights and slowing down has always worked for me.

Less light, with as much of it focused down on the road as possible is what's always worked best for me. I have one pair of smaller Lightforces is have dialed way out to a fog pattern and aimed super low to the ground I usually run in the snow. It's almost better if I don't even use headlights haha and light going up just gets you that light speed effect from start wars
