Here's what will sound like an off the wall question. I have a 2004 Yamaha Kodiak 450. Single seat, no cab, etc. I was out plowing this morning and got off to change the blade angle and noticed BLUE fluid dripping from the winch area. A substantial amount. I panicked and thought I'd cracked the radiator or a hose.

Went up to the garage, pulled the access cover and radiator is full...as is the brake reservoir. Of course, I realized that the radiator fluid is greenish-yellow and the brake fluid was clear.

I'm trying to figure out where the blue fluid came from. The only thing I can think of is that I hit snow that had the fluid in it and it got lodged in the grill and then melted??? There is a spot of the front grill that had quite a bit of blue fluid in it. ????

I wiped it all down, emptied the drain pan I had under it and am letting it sit for a bit.

    WTH???

So, I went back out and finished plowing - no problems. As I was riding I started thinking that, maybe, I carried something like fertilizer bags or something that, when wet, looks blue and it just picked it up in the snow as I plowed. Just strange.
