Cant find the fog light mod i'm looking for. help!

A while back I found a fog light mod where the only function changed is that they remain on with high beams, but turn off when the headlights are turned off per normal. I had this bookmarked but my computer exploded and i lost my bookmarks, spent a few hours searching but cant seem to find it. anyone know where to find that mod or know how to do it?

Doing a slight variation using modified spade connecters to jumper between the DIM relay and the FOG relay, have some stamped sheet-metal spades that are folded over to double the thickness, I'm removing the second layer to thin them up and sticking them back into the relay socket with the relay.
