REEEEDONKULOUS!!! Don't be hating!!!! In my defense, I really thought the FreeSpirit RTT Trailer would have sold already.

I love my original RTT Trailer so much that it has caused me to make the leap to a turtleback. I think it's an awesome experience sleeping up off the ground in the middle of nowhere. So much so, that it prompted me to buy the extra CVT for the truck so I can take other folks with me.

Lots of bolt on chrome stuff
I don't see anything big enough.. maybe I'm bad at finding things.
The one in the link might work for us. I run hot too, but the 20F rating is about -6C which doesn't come close to "cold weather camping" for us.

I guess we'd get more mileage out of a bag that we could use early spring and fall, and just bring an extra blanket for the colder trips.

I Googled the big agnes double wide bags and they looked alright. Considerably more money though.

I have a Teton 0° single size bag now, and it's awesome! Been looking to get the double myself in the same brand.

I am rocking (2) of these zipped together, they have been great, outer material is the same duck cloth they use for Carhartt jackets. I keep this folded up in my RTT.

For those of you using the cam straps, I have a couple questions for you. 1) Are you using them both on the inside for strapping the tent down and on the outside to hold the cover on? 2) What lengths are you buying for each? 3) Do you just drill out the old rivets and use new rivets to hold these straps on?

    Thanks.

That's my plan. Except I'll go with the 20 degree one since it never gets below 30 where I camp, and if it does I'll toss a blanket on top lol

Because I camp more in the summer than the winter and don't want to have a useless sleeping bag for 9 months out of the year

I found mine to be quite warm at 20°, having a second body inside it probably helped. I had to unzip the bottom a little to get some ventilation.

Yeah but even that's not exactly correct. Each person sleeps at a different body temp. Eating and drinking too. I can't sleep in a 0 degree bag even in 0 degrees. I'm a sweaty mess. I'll thermal up if need be but i camp at 10000 ft often and have never needed a zero..

This. I have a 40-60 degree coleman bag, and when it's 50-60 outside, I'm sleeping with it unzipped and constantly waking up without it covering me. I sleep hot, a 20 degree bag in 30 degree weather will probably still be heated for me, but I want a double :D

Oh yeah. I want a double too. For sure. Hence I'm looking for a 20 degree double because it will be cooler with all the space. And I want have all the room I can in that thing for the ladies..(or just my wife)
