    Hell yea a fellow 1911 owner with a can. I got a cobra can on mine. I will snap pics of mine later butan it feels good shooting with it. Is yours a wet can by chance?

    I'll just leave this here! SWR 45 octane with kimber custom ll used a storm lake threaded barrel.

    I have run mine wet and dry i ussally do dry just cause its less of a pain. i have herd ppl use wire pulling gel and pack the can ahead of time.

    I love that piece man...similar to mine! I sometimes wish my can was a wet can but it's probably all the better for me just keeping it simple.

    I just realized we have similar weapons and similar names! Coincidence?

    Stock and staying that way
    I have five silencers. Hearing protection is the reason I have them. They aren't cheap, the wait is painful, they make the gun nose heavy, and there are complexities in using & maintaining them. But they knock down the report as much as good ear muffs, and better than any foam plugs. Using OSHA standards, anyone firing a 5.56 AR15 should use double protection. Muffs, plugs, silencer; pick 2.

    I shoot a lot and wear plugs and muffs as often as possible. I recently bought two silencers to reduce my hearing damage.
