    Hey All!

Any help would be greatly appreciated! So I put a 3" Procomp lift on my '16 Tacoma and I'm not sure I want to keep it on, however I have put larger tires on 285/75/R17 Toyo's.

Now I know there are vastly different opinions and there is probably a much nicer route to go, however I honestly didn't think I needed something different or more expensive. I am finding now that this suspension is pretty stiff feeling.

So here are my uses thus far and my future uses. I use my truck for daily driving and traveling for work. I take my truck out hunting, which right now it is Duck season here in CA and travel on washboard type roads out around the club that shake the crap out of my stiff riding truck. I will be putting my Snugtop Camper on this week and eventually a CVT Tent here in a few months. We will use my truck as our camping vehicle for some beach and mountain camping, but beyond that I don't see myself in the immediate future going on anything more than some moderate terrain with basic mud, potholes, gravel, or sand.

SOOOOO ... I need to keep the height on my truck for the larger tires, but I want a better quality ride, that can take the road to the duck club, at least better than my brothers stock F150. Id like to keep budget around $1200 max if possible for now.

    Any help would be great!

Pro Comp is pretty notoriously rough riding. You should be able to find something in your budget. I'd reach out to Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road and let her discuss some options with you.

A call to Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road will get you set with the right gear.

Can't promise the budget can be met, especially if you pay labor for the install, but at least you'll know what you are looking at.

A prime example why everyone says do it right the first time. Many aftermarket setups will be "firmer", the nice options won't be "rough" though. Icon, King, Fox, maybe Bilstein, you should look at.

+2 on Headstrong... got my gear from them. Extremely happy....

My Sport suspension stock I thought was rough and not very stiff at the same time. Went with 5100s all around with 885s and OME AALs in the rear. Stiffer yet a lot ore comfortable riding specially highway.... great off road too.

Night and day difference with my Stage 3 Fox shocks  I also just wanted to do it right the first time instead of changing it again and wasting more money and time.

also bought it from Marie aka Headstrong Offroad too
