2002 toyota tacoma 2.7

My 2001 Toyota Tacoma has had an high idle for about 2 months, it came on slowly. I have cleaned the throttle body, replaced the IAC, replaced the TPS, replaced the thermostat, cleaned the MAF, replaced the ETC a and upstream o2 sensor about 6 months ago. It still idles about 2,000 rpm. HELP,
