Pretty much everyone carries a shovel (or should) when they travel into the backcountry, but one of the things we've noticed is many of the shovels we see are poorly secured, or hard to get to in a hurry. This either leaves your shovel buried in the bed/cab/back of your vehicle, or bungied somewhere on the outside where your tool could be prone to theft. We decided to take a crack as solving that problem with the Shove-Lock. Mount it up securely to your Hi-Lift Jack, throw your shovel (or ax, or whatever) in the clamp and tighten the handle. It's quick, it's easy, and best of all it allows you to lock up your favorite tool.
