2015 Seat Heater not getting hot

    What would be the cause of my dealer involved seat hears not working in both seats. Yes the light comes on when the switch is operated and the fuse in under the hood looks fine. Which wire harness under the seat is connected to the heaters? How can I test that plug?

    No I can not take the truck back to the dealer as I am the second and last owner of this truck.
