Thanks man! I'm far from winning, but if I could keep a solid 2nd that'd be just fine as well! Can't complain at all being in this competition

I think yours is way better. The other one is just a looping video where yours is custom made

Alright boys I have a random question,

What do you think a 2005 single cab 4wd, 4cyl, 5speed taco with 200K in it is worth?

Anyone with an 07-17 Tundra want a free 52" LED bar and roof mounts?! I need a Tundra to design roof mounts on and Cali Raised has offered up a free LED as well.

Don't need to permanently modify the truck if you don't want to do the full install just yet. We can design with no modifications if you want.

hey guys, my truck is currently at the dealership... had to have the battery harness replaced do to corrosion on the positive terminal and the accessory nut had welded itself from heat.. anyway it was suppose to be ready for pick up yesterday (friday 1-13-17) but they are having trouble getting it started. they told me that it cranks but doesn't start. what could possibly be the issue? mind you the it sat without a battery since monday afternoon (1-9-17)

Battery (at least what they said) is at full charge, They are already charging me an arm and a leg, i would hope i don't have to throw a new starter into the mix.

I hope so. I was told it is getting power and cranking just not turning over to start. do you think maybe the computer triggered an anti theft lock? i guess they reprogrammed the key that i left them.

they reprogramed the key thinking that maybe since the truck sat for a week without a battery that it wouldn't of recognized the key or something like that. I took it in because the positive terminal clamp had completely corroded from acid build up. I had rigid industries dully cube lights behind the grille and after market retrofit source projector headlights that both were correctly set up to the battery. but i think because i had those accessories the battery kept over charging causing it to purge and build up acid under the terminal clamp.

I was just going to cut the old clamp of and replace it but that accessory nut that the wire leading to the fuse box wouldn't budge so they told me that the entire wire harness for the battery had to be replaced. they got the harness in but now it just cranks but no fire...

Hey New Mexicans! (That doesn't sound right. But is it?)

I'll be visiting ABQ next week. Staying in the Old Town? Area.

Looking for dining recommendations. Local establishments preferred (were not big on chain restaurants). Good food. Doesn't have to be fancy. Casual is actually preferred. Craft beer. Micro brews. Pubs.

Also, any good places to day hike? I've already been told about La Luz and the Sandias. Anything I'm missing?

does turning tires to black wall out count? How bout added snug top rebel.
Lots of good stuff near Old Town. Cocina Azul is really good authentic new mexican food, garcias kitchen on central is good, Durans Pharmacy is a little hidden fun place, Vineagrette? is great for salads, really a lot of good mom and pop places around old town.

As far as hiking, La Luz is a pretty tough trail, extremely tough in the winter, i would advise against that, unless you're super experienced. Theres plenty to hike that aren't as dangerous as that, the Rio Grande river, which passes through Albuquerque, has some beautiful hiking paths on both sides, and if you want to drive 15 miles the rio grande bosque trails in Rio Rancho, they are really beautiful because they have an incredible view of the river and mountains, but not technical at all.

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks for the recommendations!

As for hiking, the skills I have. I am not packing gear for that tho. I try to fly with carry-on only. I don't have time to waste on TSA or worry about them losing my stuff.

If you're looking for breweries close to downtown Marble, Red Door, Side Track, Boese, and Duel are all pretty close to each other. A little closer to I40 are Bow and Arrow, Tractor, and Rio Bravo. Across I25 near Nob Hill is Bosque, another Tractor and a couple tap rooms/resturants Matanza and Nob Hill Bar and Grill. A little further out are La Cumbre, Nexus, and Canteen. My personal favorites are Bosque, Bow and Arrow, Tractor and Marble.
