I installed the TRD cat back exhaust to go with my TRD air filter. The TRDUSA website states that this adds 5-8 Hp for the 2nd gen exhaust so this should be in the same area. While this is not much it does seem to be more responsive. The sound is really what sold me on it. There is not much difference until about 3k RPM but it is really sweet after that. I have a neighbor who lives a few houses away with a Ram truck with some kind of exhaust that wakes up the entire neighborhood every time he starts it up. While that may be for some people, it was not for me.
I am considering a URD y-pipe for my next upgrade. Since it would remove the rear 2 cats I am concerned that it may be too loud and void the factory warranty. Any input would be appreciated.

A set of these Subdued Decals would go well with that set up!

Did the 4Runner TRD Pro wheels fit as-is, or did you have to put some sort of spacer in there? I also want to get 265/70/17 tires, but I like the look of the KO2s.

Tried digging through this thread and many others to see if somebody cleared this up, but can't get to the bottom of it. Figured you'd know for sure since you've done it! Thanks

Haha no. The extra foot is at the front of the bed, not the rear.

Yes, the 4Runner Pro wheels fit as is, with no adjustments, additions, etc. needed.

You can even use your factory chrome lugs, I just went with black ones to match.

Those look nice, I might go that route, the Brocelona's need something to break up all the red back there.

Debadged tailgate handle. We share same handle as the 2014-up Tundra. The link has now been updated showing it fits our Tacoma.

After swapping handles I added sound deadening material to minimize the actuator noise. It works well.
