Axis and Allies was the absolute best but very few friends would play it, if for no other reason each game would last HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS. Man, I miss that game. I wonder if it's in storage. :fingerscrossed:

Warhammer 40k? Hell yeah. Played Necromunda mostly. We'd spend days creating and building new layouts.

    Memories...

    Yeees!!!
I had about 5-6 really close friends that used to get together every weekend and play this.
Drink beers, smoke illegal stuff, watch indiana hoosier basketball and play risk for hours.
We also started playing another game just before a few people moved away. I cant remember much as it was 20+ years ago but there was a large plastic, I think maybe battery opperated tower that sat in the middle of the board. Does anyone remember that game? dark tower perhaps?

Yes found it. I was a risk based game, was it not?

I did. Saw that game, saw the choking incident. Used to run into both him and his son on campus all time.
Partied with Keith Smart, hung out with Ewe Blab and shot some hoops.

The ex wife graduated from I.U. so I was always on campus.

    Never played it.

And dang. It's been a few weeks since I've had a board game night. The last was at the end of January where I had a board game night and served up BBQ and brisket & pulled pork. Some 25lbs of food. I think we only had 6 show up.

It's already bad enough that my game nights end with watch B-movies. I don't think ending them with :fenforcer: would be any better.

I finally consolidated all my RPG materials. Not pictured are a bunch of Dragon and Dungeon magazines. I'm about to kick off a 5th edition D&D game so I'm pretty excited.IMG_6354.jpg
