    Just put in some jasmine rice...cook time is 4 minutes with a 10 minute cool off period. Surely it will be better than our $15 rice cooker from Walmart that managed to burn the bottom, make the middle soggy, and the top dried out :laugh:.

    Got 315x3 last night on bench....aaaaand I'm cutting. Tonight is heavy lower day, so I'm probably gonna go wild on squats tonight. My max is 365, but if everything goes right, I'm gonna go for 385 tonight. A2g, of course.

    Did 185 on incline. Is that good? Seemed kinda easy. Did 24 reps total. 60 sec break in between.

    My wife got an electric pressure cooker for Christmas, but we haven't used it yet. How do you know how long to cook something? You're the 2nd person I've heard said they had boiled eggs within 5 minutes.

    If it's the instant pot there is a ricipe book for different kinds of rice. If it's white rice you just push the "rice" button.

    For eggs I just googled for recipes and found one. They all suggested around the same. I did 5 minutes yesterday and didn't let it come to normal pressure on its own (10 minutes). This produced perfect soft boiled eggs.

    Gotcha.. I haven't even looked at the cooker. My wife took it out of the box the other day when I was at work so I'm not sure if it came with a recipe book or not. I need to do some googling to see how they work and what the different settings are.
